We had to wrench ourselves away from Totnes, but needs must, we must move on.
It was like being back in southern Europe as we skirted the south coast ...
Our first stop was Lyme Regis, a very nice place, at the bottom of a steep hill ...
The weather was like the south of Europe as well, it was HOT!
We had a midday drink in a pub to escape the heat, then we went walkabout ...
Some of the waterfront houses had thatched roofs ...
It was a lovely day for soaking up some rays. We couldn't resist this shot of these three sunbathers ... so very English!
We found a little beach at the end of the prom, for Bombo to have his fix ...
Once we had finished looking around the town it was time for the long slog up the hill back to the motorhome. On the way we bought a mackeral and beetroot pasty, which was huge so we shared one. Man, it was good!

We are now moored up at Moreton in Dorset at the Crossways caravan park. It is really lovely here with lots of winding roadways and lots of choices of areas to park in - evidently positioned in 35 acres of woodland, to be more precise! There are also plenty of rabbits and squirrels running around to entertain the boys! Evidently there used to be a stag that came visiting but some people complained that he was getting too pushy with his antlers (while asking for food) and he hasn't been seen for a while ...
We parked up at the edge of the forest area, which is right next to a rail line so we can catch a train into Poole and Bournmouth tomorrow ...
