Motorhome for Sale

We are now moored up in Higher Poynton caravan park. We arrived here on Monday. After covering thousands of miles of incident free travels Elaine opened the side door and fell out of the van! Fours hours later she was released from A&E with ligament damage on her ankle.

The rest of the week has been spent on cleaning the van, and sorting out our worldly possessions to be sent to storage. I can assure you it is nowhere near as exciting as travelling.

The  link to the Autotrader ad for the motorhome is here.

  1. Chris and I have enjoyed following your travels on the boat and motorhome and wish you all the best for your return home to Oz. We really appreciated being shown round nb Caxton when we were doing our boat research a couple of years ago. I hope the ankle does not take long to heal, Elaine. Jennie and Chris nb Tentatrice

  2. Elaine, I've still got a pair of crutches under the bed, oops no I haven't they were donated to someone else... By the way, welcome to "storage and removals hell"
Yes, there's been some brilliant "argument moments" this week about what goes in storage, charity shop, recycling or just plain Bin Fodder. We too are living out of suitcases even now and will be homeless in the UK by the end of the week!!!
    Heth xx

  3. Well, it hasn't happened yet, handover is supposed to be next Friday, this time next week we're supposed to be in a hotel, homeless in the UK. Three weeks or so we're supposed to be flying on a one way ticket to our home in Spain. But we're still dangling on a string at the moment. Can't wait to get these next few days out the way - but you know our luck...!

  4. Thanks mate, says she while wearing a hat with corks on and drinking a can of Fosters! Keep in touch even without the blog. Time to write a book? I suspect my blog might die off too when we eventually get to Spain for good. xx

    1. Funny re the Fosters, no one drinks it down there, you would really struggle to find it in any pub! I love doing the blog but now I have no content, I will do one if something interesting/funny happens. xx

  5. Feels like we're losing two friends even though we've never met. Also I've noticed that even though we're following two different paths, decisions we've made about the future have always changed at the same time. The same timing for change has happened with friends outside of cyberspace too. We're going to make time to visit them all before we go anywhere. I, sorry WE wish you both the very best for the future and that everything goes to plan. xx
